• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

4. Membership Terms and Payments

• Fail to pay fees when due

• Behave in a manner that disrupts our business or other members

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Force Majeure
